To begin your booking journey, please complete our online inquiry form or reach out to us directly via email at sarah@sarahbeautystylist.com. Once your date, time, and location are confirmed, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total styling service is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is to be fully settled prior to the day of your service.

All professional makeup and hair styling products used during your session are fully included. However, if you have personal skincare or cosmetic products you prefer to use, our stylists are more than happy to accommodate your preferences.

Chief Stylist Sarah Tsang operates globally, offering luxury bridal styling and destination wedding photography based in Hong Kong from September to May, and across London and the UK from May to September (varies by booking). A permanent styling team is available in both locations year-round

No, travel fees are not included in our base pricing. Because we operate and serve clients globally, travel fees are meticulously calculated based on your specific location. This fee accounts for our team's travel time, transport, and logistics, which vary depending on the destination.

Absolutely. We specialize in destination weddings and have extensive experience styling brides at some of the world's most breathtaking locations. Our portfolio includes celebrated wedding destinations across Asia (including Hong Kong, Japan, Bali, Phuket, and Koh Samui) and Europe (including France, Italy, London, and Iceland).

Our signature makeup services focus exclusively on the face to ensure a flawless, seamless blend. We do not provide body makeup or full tattoo concealing. If you require comprehensive body makeup, we highly recommend hiring a dedicated specialist for those areas.

Wigs, hair extensions, and bridal hair accessories are not included in our styling packages. However, we are always happy to recommend trusted vendors and advise you on the best styles to complement your overall look.
