在學習如何研發護膚品的課程中，每一個章節都有一個小活動，就是要研究自己常用的護膚品的成份。
我第一樣揀選了Bioderma 的潔膚水(Micellar Water)。
這種潔膚水是很多化妝師必備的產品，因其溫和潔淨的功能很適合妝前清潔和轉妝補妝用。
因此，它也成為我第一樣研究的產品。
Micellar Water主要的成份是水，加入護膚成份和清潔成份，成為一種獨特的清潔同時保濕產品。
在查找資料的過程中，在Bioderma主要成份的資料裡，我不斷看見prebiotics 益生完／益菌生這詞。
發現原來Bioderma 的特質，有效成份是包括了一些幫助益生箘生長的的益生元prebiotics 。
皮膚就和腸道一樣，都需要有對人體有益的微生物，益生元和益生箘達致平衡去維持健康。
最近的口罩肌問題，也有機會是因為長期帶口罩，皮膚上的益箘失去平衡引致的反應。
雖然發現Bioderma潔膚水中也有可能刺激皮膚的成份，但成份都被美國食品藥品監督管理局FDA定義為大致安全。

是Micellar Water的主要成份，能溫和保濕和溶解多餘皮脂，
可它是化學成份，於天然護膚品中不會見其蹤影。

Fructooligosaccharides果寡糖

cetrimonium bromide溴化十六烷基三甲銨
主要用於潔膚水，能抑制微生物生長，幫助水油混合並帶走污垢。
減低護膚品表面張力，幫助產品更容易平均地塗在皮膚上。

disodium edta乙二胺四乙酸
抗氧化劑，用於保存化妝品。一般使用濃度少於2%。
它能增加有效成份的滲透能力，但同時也增加有害物質（如有）的滲透。
可以螯著多種金屬離子，防止護膚品成份與金屬產生化學反應，也防止金屬離子依附在皮膚和頭髮。
但它不能被天然分解，所以不能用於有機護膚品。
