I found Sarah on ig and engaged her for our overseas photo shoot in HK. She was so genuine, professional and could speak English so I immediately felt at ease with her. She’ll take time to prep your skin and listen to what you like, without pressuring you to go for what you don’t feel comfortable with. After the makeup I didn’t feel like I had an unnaturally thick layer on and she also made her own hair accessories. On top of all these, she even came along with us to different locations even though she didn’t have to and took really good behind the scene photographs which she shared promptly the following day. Really couldn’t ask for a better MUA!

So I surprised them with a vow renewal photoshoot with my favourite photographer and make up artist Sarah's Bridal Styling. Sarah did my mom and my makeup and handled the whole situation with my elderly parents and three little ones like a breeze!!!
Warn you I've never seen my parents any even tiny bit of public affection towards each other at all in my whole life!! I live in LA and Sarah happened to be in town on the day of my photoshoot. She is very responsive so communication over distance and time difference wasn't an issue at all.
Not only about my preferences for the make-up, Sarah would also consider my wardrobe, styling of the photoshoot etc. to make sure all pieces fit together. And throughout the make-up process she would ensure I am comfortable with what she is doing, offer options to see what I prefer the most.

Originally I had booked Sarah for an overseas prewedding photo shoot (Africa) as recommended by my photographer without going for any makeup trial first, but due to the pandemic our trip had to be canceled.
She was kind enough to let me use the deposit towards my big day, which was almost a year after our original scheduled overseas trip. I was quite worried if Sarah could do what I like (a natural, sweet classic look and not overdoing my eyebrows which many makeup artists seem not to understand my needs) as I didn't meet her for trial beforehand.
I was happy and really confident Sarah was an excellent makeup artist once we finally met up for a trial before my big day. Not only did she manage the look I want, she also really knows her stuff and picked a great lipstick color that suits asians
On the big day, she was no fuss and very professional, as it was a lunch banquet on two floors due to covid restrictions, I only had time or one look, but she did two hairstyles for me both which were perfect and touched up my make-up throughout the day.
I loved working with Sarah and would not hesitate to ask her for her help for future important events in our newlywed life. Thanks Sarah!

I love all of the styles Sarah did for me on my big day - simple, natural but elegant. I just had 3 hours of sleep but she hid my skin flaws perfectly and made me look absolutely stunning. While most MUAs ask for hair dye Sarah was totally fine with my black hair (very much appreciated!). All my hairdos were glamorous and matched my outfits very well.
